Seeking Loan Officer

Position Summary:
I. Supports the administration and operation of the Company's Loan policies and programs that support and further the goals of the Company.  Works collaboratively to maintain efficient, professional procedures to achieve Lending Goals and Objectives, in compliance with all regulations and standards.

II. Supports the Loan Department in implementing its Strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Reviews indirect applications received from various approved dealerships and inputs all loan application, as required. Via web-based programs, communicate decisions to dealer stating all conditions that must be met before the loan can be disbursed. Has direct contact with dealers to clarify application information or decisions using Company policies and guidelines.

B. Reviews and underwrites loan applications referred by Managers, the internet or whenever customers request a loan by phone or email.

Seeking Loan Servicing Manager

Position Summary:
I. The position is a working manager who oversees and also documents, and administers the Company's loan portfolio, and loan products (including direct, indirect, and redemption loans).  The loan administrative functions are required to be timely, accurate and comply with approved memoranda, accounting guidelines, credit policy and regulatory guidelines.   This function maintains operational risk controls that satisfy compliance, finance and management standards and procedures.  The function manages multiple flows of activities within Loan Administration, including working with third party servicers, vendors, external legal counsel and internal/external clients of the Company.  Management responsibilities include ensuring department objectives, as well as staffing and training needs are met.  The position serves as a subject matter expert to underwriting and production staff related to operational and documentation requirements.

II.  Main Accountability


Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Ensures the accuracy of data maintenance, file maintenance, tickler maintenance, payoff calculations, required reporting, and compliance with operating procedures, policy and regulations.    

B. Oversees loan closings/transactions to ensure correct structure, and that loan documentation is prepared in accordance with approval, and loan is accurately input into the Company's file management system (FMS).    

C. Oversees preparation of accurate payoff of consumer loans. Serves as liaison with third party servicers.

D. Performs periodic self-audits of all areas of responsibility.

E. Responsible for managing staff including but not limited to, staffing, performance reviews, scheduling, development and workflow priorities.
